adds up. The forwarding rules are checked every minute; if they disappear the
VPN silently stops working.

Matches the Lemon Squeezy dashboard Payouts page: gross one-time order totals, before LS fees. Two payout runs per month after a 13-day hold: Payout 1 (14th run) covers sales from the 15th of the previous month to the 1st; Payout 2 (28th run) covers the 2nd to the 14th. The current window is marked in progress. Subscription renewals are not part of these payouts.
